Supplements and Vitamins

I try to get my nutrition through natural, organic foods and fresh vegetables.   I also take a few supplements daily.  In addition to my Udo’s Oil and Wheatgrass, I take a multi Vitamin, Glucosamine Chondroitin, vitamin B12, Vitamin D and MSM.   As with all supplements I believe you have to take them consistently for a long period of time to truly benefit from them. Consistency is key.


  1. Yes Elliott I agree. I eat mostly organic fruits and veggies. Another issue is finding Non GMO Certified Foods – which are processed foods that are made with certified organic ingredients. If the crackers, bread, cookies etc.. all the foods you eat are made with non organic ingredients it has been scientifically proven that you are ingesting pesticides! Round Up -YUMMY!!
